You Must Ask Questions During Interview, Why?
|
|
Job
interview is an interactive process. It is perfectly fine
for you to ask questions. Usually the employer will provide
you an opportunity to ask questions near or at the end of
the interview. Can you ask questions before the end of the
session? Definitely yes! But always ask permission from the
interviewers to ask the first couple of questions, and read
his or her response. If the interviewer is showing sign of
discomfort, back off! If asking questions is comfortable to
the interviewer, you have established a 2-way flow. |

Always
prepare your questions to ask ahead of time. Asking
targeted, intelligent, well-crafted and concise questions
during an interview can help to send several messages to the
interviewers:
|
- Asking wise questions
illustrates the extent of your preparation and knowledge
of the company. It shows the interviewers that you know
about the job, and it helps to match your experience and
skills with the company’s need.
- Having no question to
ask may proclaim that you have no independent thought
process or you are not interested in the job.
